How credits work

Credits are the single currency for everything Asheard does on your behalf. Each rank check and each AI answer costs a known number of credits, shown before you run anything — the estimate is what you'll actually spend.

Automatic refunds

Runs charge up front for the work planned. If anything fails or an engine returns nothing usable, the difference is refunded to your balance automatically — you'll see matching "Refund — unused checks" lines in your credit activity. You only ever pay for answers you received.

Where credits come from

• Trial credits — 150 credits when you sign up.
• Monthly plan credits — granted with each billing cycle of an active subscription.
• Top-ups — one-time credit packs that never expire, for months when you need more.

All credits land in one shared workspace balance that both modules draw from.

Plans and the trial

Rank tracking and AI visibility are separate subscriptions — take one or both. The 7-day trial unlocks both at Pro limits so you can evaluate everything. Cancelling a subscription keeps access until the end of the paid period; you can resume any time before it lapses.

Free things

Keyword discovery is free. The public tools are free. The changelog and this help center are free. We only spend your credits on checks you asked for.
