Why did I get a credit refund I didn't ask for?

Runs charge up front and refund whatever wasn't used — an engine that returned nothing usable, a check that failed. It's the system working as intended: you pay only for received answers.

Why is my Discovered keywords report empty?

It fills in shortly after a domain is added and refreshes monthly. Very new domains, or domains with little organic footprint, may genuinely have few discoverable keywords yet. You can trigger a manual refresh from the modal (7-day cooldown).

Why do my charts look sparse?

Trends need data points. With one keyword or a single run, most charts will be minimal — after a few scheduled runs across a real keyword set, everything fills in. The perception map additionally needs mention data on more than one brand.

How is AI visibility different from rank tracking?

Rank tracking asks "where do I appear in search results". AI visibility asks "when someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation, am I the answer". They correlate less than you'd hope — which is exactly why measuring both matters.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can resume before it lapses. Our refund policy is published on the website.
