Teams, roles and workspaces

Roles

• Admin — full control: billing, team management, account settings, plus everything below.
• Manager — can create and edit projects, keywords, prompts, alerts and reports.
• Viewer — read-only access to the projects they're given.

Inviting teammates

Workspace admins invite teammates by e-mail from the Team page. Each member either sees all projects or only a chosen subset — useful for agencies giving clients a window into their own project and nothing else.

Project-level access

Access is enforced everywhere: navigation, dashboards, notifications and share links all respect per-project membership. A member restricted to one project never receives alerts about another.

Multiple workspaces

One login can belong to several workspaces — switch between them from the account menu. Billing, credits and plans are separate per workspace.
