Alert rules

Each project has alert rules for both modules: ranking movements for tracked keywords, and AI visibility changes — including the rising-rival rule, which fires when engines repeatedly recommend a brand you don't track yet.

The in-app bell

Every alert digest lands in the bell at the top of the app for every team member with access to the project — no configuration needed. The bell shows a preview of each event and links straight to the relevant page.

E-mail and webhooks

Add channels per project to also receive digests by e-mail or POST them to a webhook (Slack-compatible payload). Channels are optional — the bell always works even with none configured.

Digest behaviour

Alerts are grouped into one digest per run rather than one message per keyword, and each rule is change-gated — you're told when something changed, not reminded of the same state after every run.
