Generate a read-only share link for a project from its settings — ideal for clients and stakeholders who shouldn't need a login. The link uses an unguessable key, is hidden from search engines, and can be revoked (and regenerated) at any time.

Reports

The Reports section builds white-label-friendly summaries of a project's performance, with your workspace branding (logo, color, footer) applied. Use them for recurring client reporting.

Every number in a report belongs to the dates you pick: AI visibility, the engines, the trend, share of voice and cited sources count the answers checked between those dates. For keywords, Start pos. and Now are the first and the last check inside the period and Best is the best position inside it, for desktop and mobile. A period longer than 30 days shows its trend in 30 bars, each the average of its days.

Reports are made in the background, usually within a minute; the bell tells you when one is ready, and the Reports page lists it to download. Tick All keywords to list every keyword instead of the top 60.

On Agency plans a report can hold the full report: the action plan (what to do next, and the actions marked done with how their prompts did before and after), prompts by engine, competitors and sentiment, wrong facts in AI answers, page audits and AI crawlers, earned media, products and visits from AI assistants. Prompts, competitors and visits count the period you pick; the action plan, facts, audits, earned media and products show what the app shows on the day the report is made, and say so.

Agency plans can also send a report on a schedule: the month before on the 1st, or the week before on Mondays, at 06:00, as a PDF by e-mail to up to five addresses, in the language you use when you set it up. The e-mail carries your workspace's name and replies go to you.

Full reports (Agency plans) also come with their data: Data (CSV), next to Download on the Reports page, is a ZIP of CSV files with every row the PDF shortens: all keywords, every prompt by engine, every answer, cited sources, competitors and the action plan with each fix. Excel and Google Sheets open them directly.

Looker Studio

Connect Asheard to Looker Studio with the connector token from the Reports page and build fully custom dashboards on your ranking and AI visibility data, blended with any other source Looker supports. The token is shown once, when you generate it: copy it then. Lost it? Generate a new one and paste it into each data source (Edit connection). Turn off stops the token at once.

Pick one of three datasets for each data source: Keyword rankings (one row per check), AI visibility (one row per brand or competitor in each AI answer) and AI citations (one row per source an AI answer cites, with its site, page, type of site and whether it is your site or a competitor's).

Start position is a keyword's first check that found it, whatever the date range; period start position is its first check in the date range that found it; latest position is its newest check in the date range; best position is its best ever. Each also comes per device (desktop and mobile), for tables grouped by keyword. Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR and position are the last 28 days per keyword, when the project's Search Console is connected. A data source returns up to 50,000 rows, the newest: for more, pick a shorter date range or one project. After an update adds fields, press Refresh fields on the data source.
